I would not hesitate to use Release My Super, they were absolutely fantastic from the first call right though to the end and nothing was a problem from working with the ATO and my super fund till I got my funds processed, if you need help ring Kathie and the team and get the ball rolling.

I was pointed in the direction of Release My Super via South Pacific Private Hospital. I was trying to go through the process of applying for a compassionate release of my superfund on my own and navigating the situation was difficult and stressful, on top of being in a less than ideal frame of mind myself, trying to have Dr’s complete assessments and being given a psychiatrists referral was near impossible to arrange myself. Once I engaged Kathie from Release My Super, she was able to accomplish in one day what I had struggled with for 10 days prior. Her knowledge and ability to make decisions and direct me through the process was seamless and within a week of having Kathie and her team working on my application, I had gained the approval from the ATO for funds to be released to me from my super and am very grateful and happy to have used Release My Super and Kathie and her team to make it possible. I’m very thankful to them. There should be more services like RMS in the system for those that need someone to advocate for them which makes all the difference at the end of the day.

What an amazing organisation and service! From the very moment I first spoke with Kathy, the whole team at RMS have been nothing short of incredible!! I can't speak highly enough about the team at release my super. I was going through some very tough times in my life struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Kathy is nothing short of an angel who genuinely cares. She went above and beyond, from helping me not only release my super, but to finding me the right rehabilitation clinic, to taking care of income protection claims. Honestly without her I wouldn't be in the much more positive position I am and can't thank her enough!
